Automate repetitive PDF tasks with workflows (no code needed)

Stop running the same three tools one after another. Chain merge, page numbers, watermark and more into a single click, or call the same workflow from the API.

A lot of document work is the same sequence every time: combine the files, number the pages, add a watermark, send it out. Doing each step on a separate page means uploading, downloading and uploading again. Workflows run the whole sequence in one job.

How workflows work

  • Pick 2 to 6 tools in the order you want.
  • Set the options for each step, for example the watermark text.
  • Upload the files once. Each step's result becomes the input of the next step.
  • You pay the sum of the steps, and only if every step succeeds. If step 3 fails, nothing is charged.

Ready-made recipes

  • Merge, number & stamp: combine PDFs, add page numbers, finish with a verification stamp.
  • Photos to watermarked PDF: turn images into one PDF and stamp "DRAFT" or your company name on every page.
  • Photo for online forms: resize a photo, then compress it under 200 KB.

Save workflows you use often

Click "Save workflow" to keep it in your browser. Next time, one click loads all the steps and options. Saved workflows stay on your device; nothing about them is sent to us until you run them.

Run the same workflow from code

Developers can send the same steps to POST /api/v1/workflow with an API key. Every workflow page shows a ready-to-copy curl command. See the API documentation for details.

A workflow counts as one job for the hourly limit, even with six steps.
