Your files stay yours.
How DocuTools handles your documents and account data.
How we handle uploads
Files you upload to a tool are processed in memory and returned to you in the same request. They are never saved to disk, so there is nothing left to delete afterwards.
Your documents are never used to train AI models or for any purpose other than the processing you requested.
Protections in place
All traffic to DocuTools uses HTTPS (TLS). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
Files you upload to a tool stay in server memory only while they are processed, then are sent straight back to you.
Only administrators can access account and billing records. Because tool files are not stored, there are no processed documents for anyone to access.
Email verification, a simple anti-bot check and rate limits on sign-up, login and tool jobs.
DocuTools does not hold formal security certifications. We follow common good practices: HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, email verification, rate limiting, and no storage of uploaded files.
Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store card details. You can request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time through a support ticket.
