FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do credits work?+
There are two kinds. Daily credits come with a plan and reset every day at 00:00 WIB (UTC+7); unused daily credits do not carry over. Purchased credits come from one-time credit packs, never expire and cannot be transferred. Daily credits are always used first. Each tool shows a fixed cost before you start, and credits are used only after a job succeeds.
What happens when I run out?+
If your daily credits are used up and you have no purchased credits left, wait for the next reset at 00:00 WIB, or buy a credit pack to continue right away.
How do I cancel my plan?+
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then daily credits stop. Purchased credits stay in your account.
What is your refund policy?+
Failed jobs never use credits. We refund duplicate or accidental credit pack purchases whose credits are unused, unintended plan renewals reported within 7 days with no daily credits used since, problems caused on our side, and anything required by consumer law. Other requests are reviewed individually, and your statutory rights are not affected. Read the Refund Policy
How secure are my files?+
Files are processed in memory and sent straight back to you. They are never saved on our servers and never used for anything else. Security details
What are the file limits?+
Up to 10 MB per file, 30 MB per job and 20 files at once (for Merge PDF and JPG to PDF). Images can be up to 40 megapixels and PDFs up to 2,000 pages.
Is there a usage limit?+
Each account can run up to 100 jobs per hour, so the service stays fast for everyone, on top of your available credits.
Do you offer API access?+
Yes. Create an API key in Settings → API keys (verified email required) and call the same tools from your own code. API jobs use the same credits and limits as the website. Read the API docs
What are Workflows?+
A workflow runs several tools in a row in one job, for example merge PDFs, add page numbers and add a verification stamp. You pay the sum of the steps, and only if every step succeeds. Save your favourite workflows in your browser or run them from the API. Build a workflow
How does Verify Stamp work?+
Verify Stamp adds a QR code and a unique code to your PDF and records the fingerprint (SHA-256 hash) of the stamped file — never the file itself. Anyone can check a copy at docutools.net/verify. Any change, even re-saving, makes the check fail. A stamp proves the file is unchanged, not that its contents are true or legally valid. Verify a document
How do I report abuse or a security issue?+
Use the Report abuse page. You do not need an account, and a person reviews every report. Report abuse
How do I delete my account?+
Submit a ticket from the email address on your account and we will delete it and its data.
