Questions about this tool
Can I change the existing text?
Yes. Click a line of text and type the new words. The old text is covered and the new text is written in the same place, in a standard font (Helvetica, Times or Courier) that looks close to the original.
Can I edit a whole paragraph like in Word?
The editor is best for short changes such as names, numbers and dates. For long rewrites, convert with PDF to Word, edit, and convert back with Word to PDF.
Does covering text remove it?
No. Covering hides content visually, but the original text is still inside the file. Do not use it to hide confidential information.
Can I change links?
Yes. All links in the PDF are listed under the pages: change the address or remove a link, or draw a box to add a new one.
Are my files stored?
No. The PDF opens in your browser. When you save, it is processed in server memory and deleted right after.
