How to use Bulk Certificates

Upload your certificate design as a PDF, with an empty space for the name (max 10 MB). A verified email is required.

Paste the names, one per line, and choose the position, size, font and colour of the name.

Click Process to download a ZIP with one PDF per person and a manifest.csv listing every verification link.
Questions about this tool
How much does it cost?
The price shown on the button is per certificate, so 50 names cost 50 times the per-certificate price. Failed jobs are free.
What does someone see when they scan the QR?
The certificate code, the name it was issued to, the issue date and your issuer name if you set one in Settings. They can also drop the PDF on the page to confirm it was not edited.
Can I fix a typo in a name?
Revoke that certificate from your dashboard and generate a new one for the corrected name. The old code will then show as revoked.
Are my template and names stored?
The template is not stored. For each certificate we keep only the code, the recipient name, the file fingerprint and the date, so the verification page works.
